To be eligible for a return, printed cross-stitch patterns must be unused and in their original condition. Because our patterns contain copyrighted cross-stitch designs and instructions, patterns that have been used, copied, marked on, damaged after delivery, or otherwise altered cannot be returned.
For returns that are not the result of an error by Creative Keepsakes, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate, at no additional cost to you.
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
